pwadvisory is an independent advisory firm, set up by Peter Wilkinson in 2018, specialising in Property, Capital Projects and Building Consultancy advice to both Executive Boards and Project Teams.
With more than 30 years’ experience including 20 years as an Equity Partner of Global Professional Services firm Deloitte and Property Consultants Drivers Jonas, Peter is now an independent advisor and non-executive director across the Property, Infrastructure and Capital Projects industry.
Peter currently holds a number of non-executive director roles and additional Independent Trustee & Board Director roles alongside Consultancy advice for clients.
Peters’ clients are varied and diverse within both the public and private sectors and range from smaller SME’s to larger listed corporate organisations, larger partnerships, investment banks and occupiers.
He also works alongside a number of consultancy practices where they require his skills or need additional support.
Peter has expertise in advising on the delivey of infrastructure & capital projects for the public & private sectors, with experience of property and regeneration of varying scales, strategic planning and organisational development.
Key strengths include: Significant executive level experience for over 30 years at both a Big4 firm and real estate firm; current Non-Executive experience providing insight and challenge on property, regeneration and organisational development; leveraging leadership experience to drive strategic decision making; leading the assurance and due diligence on a diverse range of capital projects; and Board level experience, both executive and non-executive.
